Residential Construction
We build family homes from the ground up — site clearing, foundations, slab, brickwork, ring beam, roof and finishes. Each stage is inspected before the next one covers it, because a mistake buried under a slab is far more expensive to fix than one caught the same week.

Commercial Construction

Renovations & Extensions
Not every problem needs a rebuild, and not every building is worth saving. We assess the structure honestly first, then tell you which of the two you are looking at. Where the bones are sound we extend, repair and modernise; where they are not, we say so before you spend the money.

Structural Works
Strength is built into a structure, not added at the finishes. Foundations, reinforcement and ring beams are where a building either holds together or starts cracking three years later. This is the work we are most careful about, and the work we will not cut short to hit a price.

Project Management & Supervision
If you have a builder but no one checking the work, we can be the pair of eyes on site. We inspect each stage before it is closed up, verify quantities against what was quoted, and send you photographic progress reports. Particularly useful if you are building from outside Zimbabwe.
