Why Blerang
Everyone wants to see the finished house. But the parts nobody photographs — the foundation depth, the steel in the ring beam, whether the slab was cast level — are what decide if it is still sound in ten years.
That is where we spend our attention, and it is why we get involved before mistakes get expensive.
A crooked wall, a thin slab, a compromised ring beam — none of it shows once the plaster is on. We inspect each stage before the next one hides it.
Underquoting is how builds stall halfway. We price the whole job honestly up front, itemised, so you know what you are committing to.
Photographic progress reports each stage — the same way we document builds publicly. Useful whether you are across town or overseas.
Sometimes the most expensive decision is keeping a building that should come down. We give you the honest assessment before you spend.
How a build runs
Setting out and preparing the ground.
Excavation, footings and reinforcement.
Cast to line and level before walls go up.
Walls plumbed and checked as they rise.
The stage that locks the structure together.
Trusses, sheeting, plaster and handover.

Strength is built into the structure — not added in the finishes.

Foundation depth, bar spacing, cover blocks, damp proofing, mix strength. Once the concrete is down, none of it can be inspected again. Print it and take it to site — even if someone else is building.
Building from abroad
We build for Zimbabweans living overseas regularly. Stage-by-stage photographic reports, verified quantities and one point of contact — so you know what went into your house instead of hoping.
How remote builds work
Tell us what you are building and where you are up to. We will come back with a clear, itemised quote — no obligation.
